ACHIEVEMENTS
The State Nodal Agency Centre is
a Scheme launched by National Trust. After successful
implementation of the Scheme National Trust has found it most
useful sharing the information through SNAC for the activities
of National Trust. Being influenced on our activities in
regard to implementation of the development Schemes in respect
of the Special
persons, the National Trust, as a recognition of our
activities, our Organisation has been nominated to function as
State Nodal Agency Centre in Tripura and we have been entrusted to work on their
behalf.
Our Organisation has been awarded
with the National Trust Award for the year 2007-2008 for our
excellent performance in the field of service to the disable
persons. Our SAMARTH Project has been selected as the best of
its kind in India. This Award consists of Shield, Certificate
and Cash reward. Hon’ble Welfare Minister of India, Smt. Meira
Kumar was kind enough to hand over the award in a function
held in New Delhi on 16.09.2007.
